"I arrived late in the evening and had to wait for someone to come to the office after ringing the bell twice. Attendant came out and checked us in, never told us where the room was or where to find the ice machine. Came back to the office to ask about location of the ice machine and rang the bell but nobody answered the doorbell. Went to the store and purchased cold drinks instead. No coffee was made in the morning and nobody was at the desk to ask. Rang the bell again and saw nothing. Not the best experience but the Dunkin is across the street so it worked out. No issues with the room, shower was hot, bed was comfortable and we slept well. Price of the room was a little higher than what I thought it should be for what I received. I come through the area on occasion and not sure if I would stay there again for the price. Overall the room was very nice."
