"I’m hoping this was a staffing issue but we had to change rooms at 11 pm before getting into bed (thankfully I checked). The sheets and toilet seat were covered in hair and what looked like grass ? The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. The woman who helped us was so kind, nothing on the front desk staff but management needs to better clean their rooms.
