Staff were not friendly and checking in was awful. Waited over 10 minutes. She was rude to me as well as other guests. Yelling on phone as well. Not friendly. Check out with another staff was better. At least she was kind. Didn’t seem like she was happy to be working, but was nice.

For the price it was great, never made it to the pool. We were only there to sleep, shower & Grab a quick breakfast. Staff was friendly. Would be nice to get early check in when we knew the hotel was empty. However it was perfect for our needs. Great bed, extremely comfortable, great shower,, fast internet, microwave and refrigerator made iit convenient. Room was clean and heating/cooling unit was clean (no dust). The clock was off by an hour so the first day I was off schedule but luckily it wasn’t a big deal. I reset clock alarm and clock on microwave - that’s the only thing that thru me off. We’ll stay again when we return

lobby was dirty elevator dirty rugs dirty the hotel was empty and were were put in a handicap accessible room with no tub just large shower that made the entire bathroom floor soaked . There was also a wash cloth left near since that was dirty as well.

As I got into town on the day of check-in, I was passing by the Inn anyway so I stopped in to see if my room was ready. It was 1:30 pm and check-in was stated at 3:00 pm. While I did not get my hopes up for early check-in, I was met at the front desk with a very rude woman while she was on her cellphone yelling at someone else. She informed me with a very stern voice that check-in is at 3:00 pm. She claimed the rooms were being cleaned. Well, after I was able to check-in, the cleaning part of her statement was a lie. The room was filthy, including dirty carpets, dust everywhere, work desk half wiped, cobwebs along the walls, lamp shades, heater. The cupboard had an open bag of chips with some kind of liquid spill in the cupboard as well as on the fridge. If I ordered the insurance, I would have canceled the room when I first tried to see if the room was ready after the interaction with whom I’m guessing was the owner with her demeanor, oh and her Subaru park job under the underpass where normally guests would offload their luggage. Pretty obvious she’s not there for the guests. The two other personal I spoke with during my stay were pleasant, but I would guess they won’t last long with the current management. The heated pool was freezing, not to mention the algae in the pool. The fitness room, again dirty with dust and what looked like sweat stains on the equipment as well as on the floor. Lesson learned.

Older lady front desk did not even greet us, not even after we did. Building is old needs many updates, bathroom shower lots of soap scum. Cleaning needs help They had very limited staff

As a quick staycation, this was a great hotel for the value. You could tell that the few staff were working double duty to ensure a great experience and pulled that off. The room was clean and spacious. While generally quiet, the rooms above were rather loud. Breakfast had a good variety with hot options like a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels and toast. Along with yogurt, fruit, muffins, and cereal, plus assorted beverages. I think the only real complaint was that the pool water was quite chilly. We managed to get in, but at least 5 degrees warmer would help immensely.

Parking convenient and secure. Had a king room and the mattress was terrible. Very lumpy. Inadequate sheets and no blanket. Breakfast had limited selection of foods and the fruit was in bad condition. Coffee was good. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

To pay almost $400 per night - due to price gouging for "parents' weekend" of which I was not part - and not be able to shower due to the lack of water (a pathetic trickle only) is criminal. Stay somewhere else.
