"Excelente atendimento de toda equipe. Instalações novas e quartos excelentes. Bem organizados e limpos. Super bem localizado, fica há uns 10 minutos do centro de carro. Tem estacionamento na frente dos quartos e restaurantes, cafés e mercados nas proximidades. "

"A estadia foi boa, o hotel é bem confortável e bem equipado e bem localizado. Só o atendimento ao cliente não europeu é claramente diferente. Prcisamos deixar um documento de "garantia" na recepção ( não entendi até agora o pq, já que estava tudo pago, e nenhum adicional para consumo no quarto), e todos os europeus estavam conseguindo fazer check in com antecedencia de 30-40min, e para nós só liberaram as 15h mesmo. Então, hotel bom, mas precisam melhorar nesse ponto com o turista estrangeiro."
