Hotel yang tenang dan nyaman

Hotel sangat tenang dan nyaman, jauh dari kebisingan, ada free shuttle yg mengantar sampai ke station MRT, jadi mudah utk kita traveling

There were no shuttle as advertised and wrong phone# was provided, not consideration of government restriction imposed in last minute, terrible call of take money from visitor.

I was given keys that didn't work so had to go up and down to try to get it fixed when I was so tired after a long haul flight. The second one still didn't work- even their master key was useless. I was moved to a room that smelled of cigarette. The pictures are very different to reality

A simple, basic no-frills hotel at Tsing Yi. Lots of time spent waiting for mini bus 88F or walking to Tsing Yi mtr station.

The place is very nice and clean. But the staff doesn't speak much English. Also there is no light breakfast or even just coffee or tea served in the morning.

酒店質素

酒店嘅經理同員工質素十分差（除了清潔的員工），比人感覺去咗啲二、三流嘅賓館，依啲都唔重要,最重要的是保安問題，當夜更的大堂經理喺接待處睡覺，有一件事令到我很可怕，就是我訂了两晚酒店，住了一晚，和日更經理交代了晚上回來給當日房租，但酒店的一位姓紀的女員工就聯絡我，話佢哋已經將我的私人物品由房間攞咗去大堂，即係話，其實我訂了两晚酒店，當時我問一位姓林的經理，佢話喺佢批准下屬入房，但我絕對不信，因為我同佢嘅對話有錄音，佢啲對答喺前言不對後語，我覺得佢直頭喺包避下層去做一啲損害客人的事，我只想話，住酒店整唔整潔就自己可以執拾，但保安問題就喺最重要的，因為經理包避下屬喺未經當日住客的准許下進入客人房間，我只係唔想有下一個受害人！

多謝閣下選擇我們酒店入住並提供寶貴意見,我們了解了事件,因閣下的訂房是分開兩晚預訂, 第二晚的房間是沒有擔保的,過了退房時間, 房費仍未付清,所以閣下不能繼續佔有房間。因保安理由,我們有權限去檢查和清理房間, 我們進入房間, 物品只是普通物品,並沒有任何貴重物品。我們將閣下物品取出且代為保管,待閣下回來取回。再次感謝您的意見！

夜遅くにチェックインしたのですが、飲み物が部屋になく、コンビニも近くに営業しているところはなかった。フロントで水を購入したが飲み物に困った。朝のモーニングの内容は寂しすぎる。対応した係の人は明るくて好印象。朝は、駅までバスで送ってもらえるのが良かった。

Close to the airport and shuttle bus provided to major locations is a plus. There are food outlets and shop at the basement of the hotel which is very convenient also.
