"I believe what was frustrating is that I had to book two different rooms and check out and in. We had a party of 3 and they refused to provide more than 2 door cards. I was severely inconvenienced to have to accompany the third guest back taking two hours round trip by shuttle to go to the room to get their bags since they got on an earlier flight. This severely diminished the value we paid to stay here that they refused a third card for both rooms over a two day stay causing me inconvenience."

"The room was quite nice for the price. The hotel itself was also very nice by comparison to the price paid. The breakfast was ample the two restaurants available on site have a lot of options depending on your price point. The free shuttle was also very convenient. The only drawback to this hotel is it is not in close proximity to other things. Great for a hotel by comparison to other establishments! Definitely recommend if you want an affordable place to explore the area looking to rest and recharge flying in or fly out."

"The staff was extremely friendly, and the location is amazing. There are two different train lines close by, which makes it really easy to travel throughout Tokyo and even to nearby prefectures like Yokohama. The amenities in the hotel are also very nice, and yeah, overall just a pleasant experience."
