"Staying at Lake Villa Kawaguchiko has been amazing. You can easily get best view of Mt.Fuji from the villa or short walk from the villa. The only minus is the surrounding area are a bit far if you need to buy daily necessities. But in overall it’s a great stay. P.S: make sure you use their onsen."

"I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. "It was a very nice experience for me and a husband to spend two nights there. The hotel located silently on the peak. As we Rent-A-Car to drive there, you must be very careful to drive at night, but most likely on daytime you can enjoy the forest view in Hakone. Staffs are very helpful and friendly there. "Overall experience is super for service and facilities. Just a problem in the kettle. It had leftover Chinese tea leaf stuck in kettle cap and after use it the leftover come out from kettle. But I think not the fault from staff as i used the kettle can’t see any dirt or leftover until I used it. "
