"Clean rooms, 2dbl beds but no lounge seating so we had to sit on beds to watch tv. Tea station was very small and was hard to enter room as tea station doors open blicked room entrance"

"The room was clean, good lighting near the bed for reading. The shower had good pressure, and easy controls. The towels were large and absorbed well. The Lobby had seating where we played a game with our group. The bar was well stocked and had delicious cocktails. We did not use the spa or sauna or pool. "

I like that it has plates and cutlery. The hotel is a very walking distance to the water ferries to Queen Charlotte sounds. "

"I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. When I checked in, there was only an 8 year old boy there and he sent me to a room that was already occupied. He...

"The self check in was easy. Our Ferry came in quite later than scheduled so it was a quick stay over before leaving the next day. Too short of a stay to find anything wrong but much nicer and spacious than a regular motel. Very clean. 5 minutes off the Ferry. The spa was nice and so was the balcony in our unit. It was nice to have a grocery store and gas station so close they could easily be located just by looking out the window and not involve following any directions."
