Excelente concepto de hotel! con check in y check out electrónico lo que lo hace sencillo sin esperas innecesarias; habitación funcional y limpia, sin tv pero sin con wifi, tiene todo lo necesario! lo recomiendo al 100%

The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The bar staff was friendly, but not very attentive. It is convenient to the Brussels Midi rail station, but the area around the station and the hotel are very dirty - I didn't feel unsafe (didn't go out after dark) - but lots of trash on the streets.
