"We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke!! People were milling around in front of there rooms, almost as if the air conditioner was not working. The place was DIRTY and I mean dirty!! "The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia.
