"Unique little place. Wasn’t sure where to stay last minute and this place had pretty good reviews compared to local hotels in Maggie Valley. I gave it a try and was actually impressed. The property manager greeted us and showed us to a cabin asked if it was ok. He waited for an answer and then told us about the local area. "Breakfast had very little selection of proteins. ALL BREADS, CEREALS and only fruit was banana which I found on a bottom shelf. Staff was great rooms were nice and clean and pretty up to date. I would stay here again and bring my own breakfast protein.They need casino shuttle at least on weekends!"

"I booked here for the view of the river from the room, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious. However, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling away. You could see light all the way around the door. The eaves on the river side was rotten with missing parts that had fallen away. The toilet was so low it seemed like a daycare toilet. There was hair and a bug in the bath tub."
