This is a clean and welcoming place to stay. The individuals at the front desk and every other staff member we passed were friendly and ready to assist us. Our room had been remodeled and so the floors and bath were all very modern and new. The rooms have individual air/heaters and small refrigerators, microwaves. The only small complaints we had were- there is no place to store our shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the shower. Everything must sit on the floor. The made to order breakfast was great, just don't order the hash browns.

All our interactions with staff were pleasant. One waitress at the bar/restaurant was speaking about how there is only one man and one woman when I have relatives that are transgendered so I would not like to hear that. In our room, there was some long hair left in the shower and the room was dusty overall. The room had just been remodeled so some of the dust could have been from that. I will not stay here again when visiting Green Valley.

Staff was excellent but the property is in a sad state. The rooms need renovations horribly. While I understand they are remodeling it would have been nice to know the state of the property when making reservations on Expedia.

Clean , comfortable room. Pool and hot tub were on the cool side, would have preferred the hot tub warmer. Bathtub faucet was broke , but useable. Told hotel staff it was fine till I checked out. Easy check in, easy check out. Free breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. Hotel staff also set me up with a ride back to the airport on check out.
