Was put in handicap room even though I did not ask for one. Hotel blamed 3rd party booking site for error. No extra table in room to put my extra stuff. Only table was very small 3'x3', on which was large lamp,telephone,coffee maker. Door to bathroom was huge and heavy with door closer. Door did not close because it was hung crooked, had to lift door to get it to close. I pity a person in wheel chair trying to open or close the door.

Stay with care - unsafe
This hotel is in a terrible area. Lots of homeless, and lots of crime. My car was broken into while I was there, and the hotel claimed that there were no cameras and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Not a very safe area. I strongly discourage.

Hotel was decent, clean and some of it was remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Although not something they can control, had I of known how many homeless hung around the area, I would have second guessed my decision to stay in that area. Not the best area.

We overall had a nice stay and we noticed a few small things. We didn't like how we couldn't close the the drapes to block the light. The cable was unplugged. The TV and desk was dusty. The staff was very nice!

Bed was very comfortable. Dusty where microwave was, looks like some minor work needs to be done in room I was in. toilet flusher had to be held down still all was down. Employees were extremely nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. The facility itself could use refurbishing and a good cleaning. It’s pretty run down.

The staff was great and tried very hard to make up for the less than ideal room conditions. First room was filthy, second room the AC went out in the middle of the night but the girl on the desk at 3:00 am found me, yet, a third room, which was fine.
