"The staff were pleasant and efficient. The complimentary breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran, milk, bagels, orange juice and coffee. I had only eggs which were good. My room was clean and well equipped. The exterior of the building does not make a good impression. The only specific observation I can make is the landscaping around the pool, which struck me as dead grass and/or bare ground. Maybe the buildings need fresh paint -- something not gray. But t I think they are architecturally obsolete."

"My trip was absolutely fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The casino was fun. The shops are convenient. The bedding is comfortable. I love the balcony. It was the perfect vacation that was worth waiting for."

"The room was clean with all the expected amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked great. I love the onsite cafe. The pool looked inviting and the deck was clean with nice lounge chairs. Breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, link sausages, potatoes and make your own waffles. Only one suggestion : This is Tucson, AZ! Please provide salsa as an option for scrambled eggs. I would LOVE a side of green chile, (I’m from NM) but I’m sure that’s asking too much. 😎👍"

"They didn’t have an ice bucket in the room or microwave. There aren’t any ice machines on property, so you have to go to the front desk and get a bag of ice and you have to stand in line. According to our wonderful. I was still breakfast was included that when we were there, I was told it’s extra 16.95."

"I was assigned three rooms during my five night stay. The first was just plain filthy. The second was full of motel furniture auction pieces with cigarette burns and drawer linings that looked more like fly paper. The shower, which was gross appeared textured (it may have been at one time) but wasn’t. I slipped trying to get out of the tub and while laying on the tile floor it became clear why the bathroom door didn’t shut and the hinges appeared to be pulling away from the frame as that was the only thing I could use to pull myself up off the floor. While mopping up with the bathmat I soon collected a lot of hair far longer and darker than mine - and just gave up. Staff gave me a better but unfinished room where the bedroom had five lamps, three which didn’t work no matter what I tried. I don’t understand why they would offer anyone a room that they know to be substandard. This is the hospitality business after all. The property is obviously undergoing an upgrade. Carpets throughout were stained and filthy. But why not put your guests in a renovated room or the best you had? After my fall, the desk staff offered that maybe I would like a room with a bathmat. And a new rubber one was provided. That bathroom was better but the same tub, which would not hold water, so no bath just shower available. Based on the condition of the various rooms I never wanted their breakfast or use of the pool and hot tub, although it sounded appealing for my aches and pains. Absolutely the worst!"
