Room was little- bed was little. Room had no window. Felt like staying in a cave or a closet. Would not stay here again. Needed maintenance.

Quiet location, nice views on golf course. A little far from basic needs like grocery, gas and restaurants.

The property was easy to access. The room only had one straight chair which only permitted one person to sit in a chair. Not comfortable. Bed too soft. Both people rolled to center. It took 3 attempts to get two wash cloths for bathing.

Wyndham at Canoa Ranch needs repair.

The Wyndham Canoa Resort Hotel room was probably one of the worst we've ever stayed in. The room was dirty and in bad need of repair, the shower was bad. It was always dark and the only window was a patio door that exited into the bottom floor of an open terrarium that was cold and dirty. Toilet needs repair as leaking valve inside and shower head could not be adjusted as it would spray sideways. We took many pictures as we will be complain formally as well. The dinning room for breakfast was ok, but the windows were filthy. Obviously the maintenance of the facility is lacking.

Location was great. Surprised that breakfast was served on styrofoam plates and plastic chairs. Room needed vacuuming upon arrival. Cold water in sink broke while we were there. Wished they had a spa (assumed all resorts had beauty specialists). This is really just a golf course and motel.

Golf and Tubac!

Stopped in favor a few days before a biz meeting which we do every year or so. Upgraded to a suite and had a great stay!

Old!

The presence of DVD/VHS player in the room should be enough to describe when these rooms were last updated. Yes... I said VHS. Curtains all hanging off the tracks. Patched areas on the walls not painted. Smelly. Furniture is from 50 years ago. Just old and dingy. Shower heads won’t stay put. Overall just “nice” enough not warrant losing the money to cancel the reservation. Otherwise will never stay here again.

They welcomed us and gave us a room and view that made our stay very memorable. The kitchen had everything I needed ti make a great Thanksgiving morning breakfast.

Room was clean but needs some upgrading as the wood cabinet doors in the bathroom were all nicked up and the sink foccet was loose and needed some repair

Our 1200 square foot suite was beautiful but a bit outdated our toilet didn’t flush one of the hot water Faucets was broken and the heater/ac was very loud!

The hot tub and pool were welcome experiences. The room was comfortable but the building design prevented a window view of the desert. Distance to eating establishments was a bit farther than anticipated. Breakfasts were "ok". The desert setting was quiet and peaceful.

Scant service Gold foil on windows looking directly into public areas and 15x15 three story courtyards--uncomfortable to leave drapes open. Had to "upgrade" out of these deficiencies.

I won’t stay here again.

$132 a night. There weren’t wash clothes in the bathroom or a trash can. The room was small. The bed was against a wall with about 6 inches of walking space between the bed and the wall. There was a drapery hook that stuck out about 6 inches. The hook was broken, I can only imagine how much it hurt the person who ran into it in the middle of the night! The curtain rod was broken also. The hotel seemed “unfinished” as the hallways had no decorations. The breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable. At checkout the lady at the desk was receptive to my complaints. I hope they fix what is broken and retrain house-keeping staff. I won’t stay here again.
