"When arrived told us no air conditioning. Said could bring a fan. Parents room the window wouldn’t open they said would send someone. They never showed up. Only one elevator working. So long waits. Poorly managed."

"I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the lobby was big and open and welcoming. The room we had was a king size bed and queen size bed, with a couch. The room was so large, the beds so incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had good food with lots of variety. Would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for a lovely stay!"
