"Got kicked out because there was a police standoff with guns drawn at my door and car drove over the sidewalk to drive through my door. Went and asked for footage or for them to tell the officers that they put occupants in danger and that I was scared for my safety. They kicked me out and gave me 20 of 300 back. Rooms be dirty (not the staff fault if the cleaners only get about 20 mins per room) and lot of police and illegal movement, not worth it for the price."

"Just stayed last minute flight cancelation at 11pm .the app said shuttle service however no number posted in expedia app. Googled the number and there was no answear tryed ai got a different number that was disconnected. To a lyft to site and the shuttle van was there and the phone # was different then the two numbers we had. Not the staff fault just comoany didnt update phone numbers or madebit. Lear how to get shuttle from airport to hotel."

"The Only staff member I met was much more interested in Blaming Expedia for any issues than looking into them. Hotel had no tv signal for half of my stay. No maid service."
