"Modern ausgestattetes Hostel. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Im Bad hätte es sauberer sein können. Nachts war es ruhig. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location.
However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens...
