"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The wifi was intermittent and I could not get local news or weather. There was no coffee in the room. Yes it is in the lobby but that is not terribly convenient. The breakfast is all carbohydrates so not my preference. Overall I was satisfied with the accommodations."

"No human to check you in and only 1 washer with 1 dryer. Also a crazy woman outside on our third night screaming so the police were here. That said the room was comfortable and clean."

"Rooms smelled musty. I bought a freshener. New rugs were clean and modern. Staff was nice. The portable air conditioner is fine but it takes up a lot of space. You should let the guest know the pool is closed."

"Fantastic place! Clean and neat. Conveniently located in East Syracuse right off of Carrier Circle. The Syracuse Airport is close by. Friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Excellent free coffee in the morning. Plenty of free parking. I always felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!"
