"The casino was very busy as expected the hotel was more then we could have imagined for absolutely gorgeous. We got there late and all the staff members were very helpful and actually seemed to like their jobs and were courteous We will definitely return again"

"While I would stay here again because of the price, there were a lot of things lacking. The staff was nice, the room was clean. There were only three small pillows on the king bed. However, there was NO airport shuttle, even though it was advertised online. The breakfast was about a "C", lukewarm, and not a lot of variety. The pool was green, the hot tub didn't "bubble", and there weren't even any towels in the pool area, even though I was there at 10 a.m. and the sign on the shelf said if the towels ran out at 1 pm they wouldn't be replaced for the rest of the day. Our door caught on the frame, and made a horrendous noise every time we went in and out. I felt sorry for the people around us when we got there at 11 p.m."

"We got the room for the jacuzzi tub that when we got into to found out it didnt work by that point I was already in the tub so we didnt bother with trying to get it fixed or changing rooms. The thermostat foe the ac was only able to either to on heat or cold and you couldn't adjust the temperature. Other then that the room was very clean, the lobby was clean the breakfast was not bad and the breakfast area was very well maintained"

"Food was good, staff friendly. They need to revise the pet friendly policy. At $175.00 for one 50lb dog, one night isn’t very friendly."

"Crybaby room was supposed to have a better review but we were looking at the parking and the back of another building which made us to have the blinds closed all time. Coffee machine was not in the room."
