"Had a cricket in the room chirping all night. Not the nicest holiday inn express. No blow dryer in the room and that did t have another to replace. No help at the front desk. "

"The linens were dirty in my room with multiple visible stains, there were dead bugs on the window sill, the shower barely drained, the trim was falling off at the baseboards, the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, and the lamps didn't work. "

"Lobby was nice, breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. When I got to my room the toilet would not flush and 2 lights would not work. Had to go through the AI to get to a real person... not personally a fan of this but the repairs were made the next day. When you turned on the water in the shower you would get blasted if you were not careful and quick and it was not the easiest thing to access the soap and shampoo.The furniture in the room was quite worn out with holes on the ottoman in 4 areas. I would not seek out this place to stay again but if it were the only option left I would be ok."

"Had a reservation, called to let them know it would be12-1 am before we got there to check in since we were attending an event in Stillwater. Got to the hotel at 1245am to be told they had no rooms available. Got into my email to get the confirmation number where i see that I got a receipt for my check in at 809pm. Which wasn’t us. They gave our room to someone else and never called. Still waiting on a response from the manager "
