Room was clean but the bathroom wall molding was coming loose, the tub had a shower nozzle but no way to make water flow to the shower, no way to make the sink plug work, sheet had a quarter-size hole in it. In general, it looked shabby and not kept up, both in the building and in the supplies like sheets.

The lady at the front desk (which happens to be from Kansas City as well) was awesome! She gave us restaurant suggestions and was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and YES, they have cable! Check out was easy as well!
