Inside the room was bad, old furniture that is broken and old carpet is toured and loose. Bathtub is dirty and looks bad. No aesthetics in the rooms.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in suitable condition but could use a few updates. My room was nice but the tub was stained and a little gross. (Room 503) bit overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again.

The night check in young man was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious (again) and the Restaurant manager was amazing- food great, had the chef make us pancakes as part of the breakfast buffet. Great hospitality

Nice hotel. The furniture it our suite was terrible. The couch was worn out completely. It has a cover over a completely worn down. I heard it was due for a remake. It needs it.

Rented the room for my triplets 5th birthday having never been to a hotel before. Check in a 4pm pool closed at 5pm with “sorry for the inconvenience” woke up Sunday to try to swim before check out “pool closed”

Disappointed
We’ve stayed here a bunch in the past but haven’t been back in a while. I was very disappointed! The shower was stained and the stopper was broken. It didn’t look like it had been updated in years. I asked for towels to be brought and they never were so I had to call back the next morning. It was not a good stay and will not be back in the future.

Carpet throughout dated and stained. Breakfast was a joke...rude staff....out of muffins...put of most breads....out of cottage cheese...in its place shredded cheese really????....most fruits gone...nothing but excuses..ordered something had to ask 4 times where it was...never got...but staff chased us to elvevator cause we were disapointed with.complaints about short staffed ect..but they didnt mind complaining to each other and other guests the entire time...wasnt a great start to new year after spending wedding night there...ruined the whole stay.

booked this hotel mainly for our child to enjoy the heated pool but a note on the door dated 12-10 said they would have the issue taken care of in the next 24 - 48 hrs. and the current date was 12-16> not only us but other families with children were disappointed also! the next morning we went to have a continental breakfast and were informed breakfast (buffet at that) would be 16.95 per adult! I informed them of the disapointment we experiencd and I will not book at that hotel ever again

Pros: the room was as advertised, breakfast and dinner were reasonably priced and generally excellent quality; conference facilities were quite nice Cons: traffic noise on the west side of the building near the highway was awful, and i was high up; staff were unskilled on relating amenities at checkin and basic billing questions, pool and sauna were unavailable
