"NOT AS ADVERTISED. I arrived and was told I couldn't check in despite calling ahead that I would be a bit late. When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy. The room had no running AC, only a fan that was as loud as a helicopter. The room was significantly hotter than the temperature outside by morning. The central pool was under construction so only a small part of the courtyard by the bar was accessible. When...

"Overall poor hygiene. Breakfast was included but didn’t look appetising and flies buzzing round the fruit, hot cakes were cold and not covered up. The ‘cook’ wasn’t trained. our private room was basic- nowhere to put stuff except on floor, nowhere to hang towel in bathroom. Friend in dorm had bed bugs."
