"The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed."

"They couldn't find my reservation at first and seemed unprepared even though I had messaged and communicated with them about what time I should arrive by. I had to leave around 6:30 for a funeral and inquired about breakfast and was told they had prepared it and I didn't even get a cup of coffee. The only reason I booked them was because they stated that breakfast was included 😑 It's a convenient stay if you want something cheap and quick but the service is a work in progress."

"Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "

"We arrived in the evening at 8 pm but despite a pre-booking, we were not expected. The room had not been cleaned for a long time, there were thick layers of dust in many places, floor was broken here and there.Toilet had not been cleaned at all and there were old toileteries laying around from previous guests. I was asked to pay 80 USD despite a booking price of 70 USD, which still in my opinion is a total scam for what you get. I would spend my dimes elsewhere every day of the week."
