"I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. "Great little cottage central to all amenities, communication from the host was excellent with detailed information about our stay and things to do and see. "

"I made a booking for this house but a day before my trip the house I was staying in got swapped for another after the cancellation period. We arrived at the property and it was unclean with a smell of cigarettes, rotting chicken and rotting vegetables. The sheets were not clean, the tub was dirty and the toilet was filthy. All the provided cookware such as mugs were disgusting. It was such a bad smell that we couldn’t sleep so we left at 3 AM"
