"We had a lovely stay at this hotel.
The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome.
The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a great choice of options to suit everyone.
The complimentary shuttle service to the shopping mall was a great bonus, along with convenient links to the MTR and the airport shuttle, making getting around easy.
Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily recommend this hotel and would...

"This was my fourth stay here. The location is convenient for visiting Disney, shopping, and dining, and the staff were very kind—I had a wonderful time. I will definitely stay here again. I have one question: as an Expedia Platinum member, am I not eligible for "VIP Access" benefits?"

"The best part is, the place is near from everything. Groceries, mall, mtr, etc.
And my room has the cityview. The best.
But it is very strict that everyone must check out at 11, and your key can not open the door although your bagage still inside.
