+ : qualité de l'accueil et chambre -- : surprise du surcoût pour la 3ème personne : était normalement prise en charge dans le tarif payé à Expedia ( prévu un lit supplémentaire mais une chambre triple facturée à la place...)

Run down, under renovation for years. Works seem to never end. Apartments kitchen are in unacceptable condition But still the cheapest option around…. For travelers ready to compromise

The residence we had was old, sofa dirty, ac remote did not work, tv did not work and bathroom sink would not drain. Paid to sleep in a decent bed and swim in a pool that bad no towels. Reception and cleaning ladies nice. Should have been offered a new room right away, instead waited for maintenance that took forever so we gave up.

Golden should be manly about it and give back at least two stars. It is a 3 stars property. Dirty. Filthy dirty. The employees have no manners to the point that to make them stop i threatened to call the police at 1:00 am. This place should be closed for a health inspection, demoted by the Tourism Ministry and delisted from Expedia.

Overall the stay was okay, my apartment needed some updating. It had no shower curtain so the bathroom got flooded everytime we showered. There was no microwave in the apartment. Getting towels for showering was a chore. My bed had rips in it. Overall the property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pools and enjoyed walks looking out at the ocean. I should note that upon entry into the lobby there was a looming stench. Employee Fethi was amazing and was a help to us upon arrival and departure of property. The owner of the boutique within the hotel was also friendly. Desk service was abrupt and dismissive, it did not matter who was tending to the desk.

La piscine et le bar sont conforme à la description, mais la chambre de la résidence laisse a désirer..on m’a rajouté un lit d’appoint…le matelas était dehors dans un sale état, trace en tout genre et très abimé…je ne pensais pas que c’était pour ma chambre, canapé et fauteuil avec des trace de sang et de mégot ecrasé je ne retournerai jamais dans cette hotel..

La piscine, l'eau vraiment chaude. Mais les studios sont vraiment sommaires, en cours de rénovation, et c'est limite, même pour le prix demandé. Les chiens errants qui aboient la nuit près des logements sont désagréables. Le resto, cuisine indienne, est excellent.

Attention le 4 étoile n’est pas dans l’hotel c’est une résidence d’appartement en face de l’hotel 5 étoiles La résidence est propre mais un peu vieille Le service est parfait que ce soit ménage ou room service rien à signaler

J’ai réservé un appartement qui devais être 5 étoile J’ai était dessu de l’appartement le personnel à était au petit soins il mon changé l’appartement mes je trouve que c’est pas digne d’un 5 étoile l’es finition son pas top les murs son mal isolé on écoute tous ce que il ce passe chez le voisin la cuisine compter pas faire la cuisine les plaque son pas jeune et la cuisine manque pas mal de chose écrite sur le discreptif de hôtel.com Parcontr j’ai aimé le cadre le spa le personnel que je remercie tous de la réception jusqu’à au agent de sécurité tous top La restauration et top et variée Voilà ce que j’ai pu constaté je sais pas c est la chance d’avoir tomber sur cette appartement ou tous les appartements son comme cela

Agréable Mais j’étais surpris d’être obligé de réserver deux appt part sur tout simplement j’avais 2 enfant moins de dix ans . Il pouvait me donner un appt seulement avec un supplément de lit pour enfant . J’ai un paye un appt de plus pour rien !

Da jeg har reserveret 5 nætter mig og min søn( 7 år , det står om vi må godt bruge alle svømmehallen , men da vi kommer der de sige om vi må ikke bruge hotellet svømmehallen fordi vi har bestilt Bungalow . Min søn blive rigtig kærlig af det . Og selvfølgelig han fik en dårlig opløvelser.

Comfortable place but room for improvement

The room itself is very clean, comfortable, and nice. My unit had plenty of space with a kitchenette, living room with a couch, and a bedroom. I saw two cockroaches on my unit, but other than that it was clean for the 3 weeks I stayed there. Front Desk: All of the front desk people understand and speak English. You may to repeat it a few times in order for them to completely understand it, but they understand better than most of the Tunisian population. If you come with bags, the bag boy/guy holds your bag ransom for tips. Maintenance/Housekeeping: It's a hit or miss when requesting housekeeping. I've requested it 4x but housekeeping only stopped by 2x. They will give you a fresh bottle of water each time which is nice. But everything else may be inconsistent. When I arrived there were only 2 bath towels. First housekeeping gave me 2 bath towels and a hand towel. 2nd housekeeping took my hand towel away and didn't replace. She also used my shopping bag as a trash can bag. So it seems like they run out of materials. Location: location is kind of secluded from the city. It's great if you're looking for peace and quiet. But if you're looking for sightseeing or somewhere to walk around the city, you would have to catch a taxi (the one parked in the hotel are rip offs/they will charge you 4x as much). Make sure their meter works and is not covered. If it's covered, they are ripping you off, find another taxi.
