La direccion publicada en la página de Hoteles.com NO coincide con la del aparta-suite. La comunicación con el responsable se hace a través de un celular personal, pues no hay teléfono ni correo electrónico corporativo, todo de hace de manera informal.
El sitio no es un aparta-hotel, sino un edificio residencial
Nos quisieron cobrar adicional el servicio de parqueadero, cuando en la página se estipulaba claramente que el incluía el parqueadero.
El sanitario estaba tapado
No había tendidos para el sofá cama.
