"Staff at check in were friendly and helpful. Just passing through for a night. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Parking was well lit and accessible through multiple doors. Didn’t have time for breakfast so I can’t comment on that."

"We had such a great experience. Check in was quick and easy, we needed rooms Close together & our request accommodated easily. The property was clean and quiet. The outdoor area overlooking the street was a great place for us to eat and hang out with our kids. Would definitely visit again."

"This was my 4th time staying here and I love it! The check-in staff was super friendly and I even got a free drink card when I dropped it that it was my birthday. The caboose bartender was super friendly and nice to talk to and the room was, as always, huge yet inviting. The only issue I had was the fact that I used to love the showers as it felt like you were standing under Niagara Falls. Not so anymore as it felt like standing under a summer rain. I miss the water pressure. The location cannot be beat and I will be back again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Sonesta. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and the mall. We did not use the pool, but it looked really inviting. It was clean all around the area and the pool was clean too. We would stay here again."

"We stayed here 3 times over the course of 8ish weeks traveling for ball tournaments. It is affordable, clean, and in a great area. The attached diner that is open 24/7 was great. For sure get the tots! When we come to Chattanooga again, we will be staying here!"

"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful when needed. My AC was a wee bit on the noisy side but still doable w/o discomfort. The bar and entertainment was great. The pool was very clean and the area around the pool was clean. For an older hotel it was very nice. I much prefer a hotel you can walk right on out to your car to. Also, it was not noisy at all and my room was ground level around the pool. I would definitely stay here again as long as the owner/management and level of cleanliness stays the same."

"This was one of my favorite hotels of all time. The room was huge and so well designed and put together. The hotel was very nice with a pool, hot tub, restaurant, deck facing the river and free breakfast. We really liked this hotel."
