"Hidden Ridge is about 10mins to Banff downtown, and they have a complimentary shuttle service that takes you to town, so getting around was easy for my family, the rooms were spacious, they had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable like cutlery, pots etc.The hot tub has an awesome view. The only thing I hope they fix is the showers you need to use before jumping into the hot tub. It was out of service during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend."

"While the location with view of mountains was nice when we arrived the sofa was all ripped and the bathroom had hairs on the floor and tub as well. TV would not work in that we could not watch Netflix or any other app as the tv has no connection.
