"Pool was not clear"

"The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The outside door was broken and had to push/pull to get it locked everytime we went out. Told the woman at the lobby about it and she knew it was broken so hopefully the visitors will not have that problem. We had a terrible storm and the next day, the ceiling was leaking a bit but it had prior patching also. Other than that, it was good overall. There is a convenient store there also which makes it nice too"

"We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

"The staff was very professional and helpful as I had to hide three different layovers and they were understanding and patient. I enjoyed the breakfast and their staff was very attentive as well. I have one feedback about one of the rooms that had two queen beds. I'm not sure but the scent in the pillows smell a bit like cigarette smoke."

"Close to the beach and all attractions on the strip, close to Broadway at the beach, hotel has no elevator's, four flights of steps but not too bad. Great views from the wrap around balcony of the hotel"

"Clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff, easy beach access. Beautiful views from the balcony. If you want a beach chairs- you have to bring your own or pay for chairs and umbrella. The hotel is conveniently located. I would highly recommend the hotel."

"This property appears to have had no working AC in the common areas, lobby, or hallways on each floor. (Including the elevator) In a different climate, this might be marginally acceptable, however in the south in the summertime, the humidity has taken over. After reviewing others comments, it looks like this was not a one time thing and has been an issue in reviews for the past 30+ days. The hotel STINKS of mold and mildew. The management/property owners need to close this hotel down until...

"Great place to stay especially if u have kids plenty to do and keep them entertained! Really don’t have to leave for anything everything is there at yr convenience! Will be staying there again! Loved it"
