Clean with friendly staff. Great breakfast options!! Pot of oatmeal with several topping options and seasoned, roasted potatoes were available the day we were there. Nice area with shopping nearby.

Fire alarm went off twice at nearly midnight with a false alarm. The room was humid and everything felt damp. The refrigerator froze our drinks which would be terrible for someone with medication. Fix the fridge and install a dehumidifier. I tried to let the front desk know upon checkout but no one ever came to the desk so we had to leave. Breakfast was good!

While clean it could use an update. The rooms are a bit dated. The staff, in particular Ms. Jennifer, were friendly, accommodating and polite. The breakfast was good and check out quick and easy.

We will stay here again next year

This hotel is not brand new, but it is generally in good shape. A few things could have been better: the top of the closet door was out of the track, the side chair looked new but was very uncomfortable, the elevator doors closed too soon, making it difficult to get a luggage cart in quick enough. These things are pretty minor. On the plus side, the staff was great, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it is conveniently located off US 45.

I travel to Tupelo about every two months or so to see my grandson. This past weekend I was staying here for the first time and Saturday night got a severe nosebleed. While I was waiting for my grandsons dad to get there we were sitting outside and the desk clerks (I did not get their names) sat outside with us and kept my grandson busy. Thank you !! I will definitely being staying again!!
