"Whenever I visit Orlando I always stay here. Maybe this is my 4th time. The property and the rooms are always amazing. Room cleaning staff are very welcoming and kind. The staff at check in always gives off vibes that are very unfriendly like they don't want to be there at work. That's why the scoring was lower than everything else. "

Everything appeared to be decent at first glance, but once we got to our room, things quickly became concerning. The room had a musty, mildew smell that only became stronger when we turned on the air conditioning.
