"Absolutely perfect. Top quality appliances, beautiful staff, a perfect room - we couldn’t ask for more. 100%!"

"Wonderful place!"

"The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. "Nice place to stay"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, and I loved the beautiful mountain views from my room. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel provided all the amenities I needed. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

"Excellent"

"Staff were lovely. Great European breakfasts. Good location. But as it was in a heatwave we had the family room and the loft area for 2 more guests was extremely hot"
