Once inside the property is decent, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety. The area surrounding the hotel felt sketchy though.
Great little hotel in a semi-industrial area - off the tourist track. Nice restaurant on-site. On the way out of Turin heading towards Milan so very handy. Clean and comfortable.
Lady at the reception was helpful at the time I called. This tempted me to stay.
Federica at reception upon arrival courteous.
Ladies serving breakfast smiling, pro active and super helpful.
A wonderful stay!
Clean and comfortable room.
Pro: Clean, Renovated modern style room, Friendly staff, Large hyper supermarket (with the best wood-fire roasted chicken I’ve ever tasted!) and cheap gas station nearby
Con: Exterior, Dark and narrow entrance area, limited parking in the entrance area, thermostat not controllable (room was a bit too warm)
The hotel is in a very central location. Its practical and very clean. The cleaning staff wore masks when cleaning the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only problem i foind as a vegan there wasnt much choice for breakfast. Although the coffe with soya was good.
Free parking is alwsys a winner with us. Our dog was welcomed.
We decided upon this hotel last minute on our trip to Torino and I’m so happy that I picked it!! Fortunately, I’m a gold member of hotels.com and they offer a wide selection of hotels and I found this cute little hotel in a business area but it was super modern, and clean, totally renovated. We needed just a one night stay as we were heading to the airport the following day to head to the airport to head to Rome. The best thing is we got to really tour through the city of Torino. The staff was truly delightful and it included breakfast.
Cosy hotel with friendly and helpful English speaking staff in the reception. Room is clean and comes with a comfortable bed. Shower is good. Free parking and just 5 mins from the outlet.
We stayed at this hotel for a night. We'd booked two rooms for 4 adults. The hotel is located in an area that looks like an industrial estate. The rooms were clean but looked dated and in need of refurbishment.
On arrival, we were given two rooms next to each other but one of the rooms had not been cleaned and the bedsheets were lying around etc. So we headed back to reception to be told that the wrong room was handed over, so they gave us keys to another room which was cleaned and ready.
The breakfast available was basic. The hotel is pet friendly, as we say a lot of guests with their dogs in the morning.
On checkout at reception, we were asked to pay the hotel charges again. We told the reception person that we had already paid through hotels.com. We were then told that Hotels.com had only blocked the amount and that we would need to pay at the reception, so we paid the charges again and didn't think much of it. On returning to the UK we found out that both payments had been confirmed and we were double charged. So we raised the support ticket with Hotels.com only to be told that we should get in touch with the hotel directly. After much back and forth emails over 10 days, the amount has finally be refunded after the hotel accepted their mistake.
So overall an average hotel but be wary of payments if you are booking using hotels.com.

A very pleasant stay. Very friendly helpful stall and nice clean rooms
A well appointed hotel with good lobby area. There is good parking and drop off areas. The hotel has is good as a stop off point when traveling. The rooms were clean and the hotel felt up market - compared to others of a similar price point.
Friendly staff, hotel was in good condition and clean. Not the best neighborhood, but there is a shopping center close by and bus line is accessible. The wifi was a bit annoying as it would constantly log out while I was trying to work.
Nothing great about this hotel. Shower is slim and dangerously sluppery. Wifi is cut when cellpgone or ipad is locked. Ok on breakfast based on low budget european hotel. Poor accomodation, A/C was useless for a summer evening.
The price was OK, normal... but its NOT in TURIN!!! u cant find it even on some city maps. U have 45-60min with public transport to the PORTA SUSA (center).
Everything was fine about the staff and the room cleaniness, but i will never go again, i would pay a bit more just to be closer to center of the city.

a place for business trip not suitable for holiday
a place for business trip not suitable for holiday. Personal view.
We stayed here on our trip to Turin. Great location with extremely easy access to everything we wanted to do! We recommend it to anybody visiting Turin.
Big room, clean, king size bed, fridge. Quite place. Lot of services near the hotel, like shopping center, public transport stations to the Torino downtown, within half an hour.
The hotel is located in a bad location surrounded by factories and very poor condition road. Hot and dusty, no air condition, warn-out bathroom and the internet is not stable. The hotel staffs are obviously not welcoming since they saw that I'm Asian and they didn't even try to hide their feeling while looking at me and my family. We are educated, polite and humble people, I doubt the racism implication in their eyes and the way they speak. There was other group of Japanese tourists check-in after me, and they complain about the same manner they've been treated. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone I love.
Business hotel in the industrial area, near San Mauro and the highway to Milan. Clean rooms (but old carpet in the rooms) and good 3 star confort. Friendly staff. Free wi fi in all rooms.
We chose this hotel because of its low weekend rates.
It is quite far away from Torino city centre but bus no. 49 is frequent and running till late.
The room is spacious and the breakfast good. However, we have got insect bites in our room. Perhaps the carpet is not clean enough.
We had the family suite which was very spacious for two adults and two kids. The hotel is a little out of the city center but if you have a car it is easily reachable. There is even a mall close to the hotel with some cloth stores and a supermarket. Check-in and check-out was very effficient and personal was very friendly. Also breakfast buffet was quiet ok. Overall a good hotel with a very good price / value ratio.
