"The location was awesome but the manager who checked us in was not very helpful and did not help us with orientation at all. It would be good if travellers from outside Italy were given a little help though appreciate it is not a usual destination for foreign tourists."
"Staff were super helpful. Always available and happy to help when they can. Room was clean. Good distance from both bus stops and the local train station which makes it easy to get into the city and around Turin. Would definitely recommend"
