"Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. "

"Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained."

"Great spot, home away from home, will stay again. The only thing to know is the parking garage isn't very big, Trucks will have a hard time squeezing in, but we were able to find a spot close by and Stephanie refunded my parking pass for the garage since we didn't fit. "Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished. The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes,...

"You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud."

"It was unfortunate that we were not told about the whole back and side yard being dug up due to sewer problems at the hotel. Honestly we probably would have booked elsewhere. The staff was nice and the room was okay. The roll out heater had a broken wheel so would not stand very well. The mattress was used to the point that it had two indentation on each side, so you would kinda roll into that spot. Location is great, street parking only. Coffee and breakfast was good. Temperature throughout...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and nice. I had a little beep the first night coming from the dishwasher but they took care of it very quickly. They were very nice and helpful. A very clean comfortable hotel."

"The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating."

"Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. "

"Checkin was quick and the staff member was friendly. Room was spacious, clean and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. The bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows and covers. AC worked great and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was a bit better than the usual hotel fare with fresh bacon and scrambled eggs. The pool and hot tub were refreshing after a long day of driving. We have stayed there previously and it was just as we remembered which is a good thing."

"First off, check in was with a robot. Not a person. Then he gave me 2 blank keys, which made me think they could go to any door. Room was NOT clean, just picked up. Bed was dirty but made. Burn hole in the comforter and cut marks. Booked a non-smoking room and got a heavy smoked in room. Ash tray by the TV and one between the 2 beds. Mini fridge looked worse then one from a yard sale and possibly d thawed at some point because underneath was a puddle of water. "
