"Good for families, large pool area fun for kids, breakfast included was nice. Room was not up to standard. Television volume was not working, there appeared to be an area that maybe a small refrigerator should have been but it was empty, no refrigerator so we had to use the ice bucket to cool our drinks. For the daybed, there were no pillows or linen to use for the bed, we called for extra linen and they brought a lot. For the amount we paid for the room, and the deficiencies, it did not...

"Such an adorable place. We loved having our own cabin. The cabin was built well, very cute, and had everything you need including a nice front porch. The grounds were well maintained. The staff were friendly. It is close to town and the parks. There are a lot of Inns but nothing else as cute as Moab Springs Ranch. I highly recommend staying here."

"I think complimentary breakfast hours should be extended to 11 am. I think the 9 or 9:30 deadline was established to accommodate business travelers. Today I see groups or families who are traveling for pleasure and would appreciate extended hours to facilitate a leisurely breakfast."

"The property is conveniently located, clean and the free laundry and filtered water is a real plus. As they themselves acknowledge, the property is older, so you have to deal with semi-truck noise throughout the night on main street. Nicely, they provide ear plugs, if you need them."
