"We booked 1 room for 3 people and they charged us for 3 rooms and refused to give us a refund for 2 rooms. Bugs came out of the AC when we turned in on. Breakfast was beans, rice and egg with water down coffee. Not a good experience."

The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special.
