"We have stayed here before and love the location and amenities. The pool, hot tub, and views are great. Staff are very helpful and friendly. This time, the floor was not very clean, I swept and mopped it myself the first night we arrived because it felt grimy and our feet were getting dirty. There were live wasps in our room. "The outdoor hot tub was broken. The kitchen sink cabinet was broken and had been poorly fixed that when i went to do dishes it fell on my toe. There was mold under the kitchen sink. Also, there was so much corrosion around the bathroom tub faucet that you could see into the wall. The DVD player didn't work and there should be instructions on how to connect to the DVD to the TV. Even with all these deficits the overall room was clean and had what we needed to have a good time."
