It was super close/convenient to get to Clemson University (we were there to watch baseball). LOVED having a washer/dryer available for our use. And I do believe the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on!!! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely check to see if this property was available. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! "

"The staff was absolutely amazing. We stayed there while our son attended Football camp and he unfortunately was injured and we needed to stay another night. They were able to accommodate us as well as put us on the first floor so he wouldn’t have to go far with his knee injury. Highly recommend and we certainly will be back. Breakfast was good as well. "

"The Shepherd is the best and most conveniently located hotel in the heart of Clemson. Parking is valet and an extra charge but appreciate the texting option to have the car waiting. Onsite restaurant is nice but the rooftop patio is amazing with fire pits overlooking the stadium. There’s also a nice onsite bar with its own patio. Easy walk to campus for orientation."
