"First off, I arrived and was warmly greeted with HAPPY BIRTHDAY! That really set the tone for my stay (along with room personalizations they did to surprise me wow!!). Their team was so thoughtful and everything was clean and hospitable. Overslept for happy hour but did catch the light breakfast they offer in the AM. Close to downtown Blue Ridge too. I’d stay again for sure."

8/10 Good
"Not enough soap was provided. Only one small bar that we had to use for washing hands and showers. I guess I could have asked for more, but I expect to have one for the sink and a second one for the shower. Plenty of towels, though. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was good. The walls are a little thin. The room next to ours had the TV going all night. It wasn't loud, but you could still hear it. The AC worked well. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right, not too big or too flat. We were only there for one night, and we got in very late and left well before check out time so we did not take advantage of any amenities. The staff was friendly enough, but we were smelly BMT hikers and probably looked like homeless people so I didn't expect too much hospitality. Check in and check out were both very efficient."
