"Room and staff were good. Amenities were provided but was not upto standards, for ex the towel were dirty. The quilt provided was dirty. The bed was very loose as in it gets separated from middle very easily."

We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are...

"We enjoyed our stay.The staff is very nice,food is outstanding and the surroundings are beautiful.A feeling of being immersed in Nature. Even the one km walk in the forest ,from the car parking to the hotel would be enjoyable for nature lovers. Planning to return in Spring."
