"This place was great to meet up with family. We came from all over and picked this hotel and it was the perfect place. The room I got was perfect size for me and my kid. "The check in was smooth. The staff was helpful from the time you park valet. Super clean room. Loved the bathroom with touch of gold. Hotel itself is safe regardless being in the middle of Times Square. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this to others."

"The location was perfect as it was close to the Barrymore Theatre and a short Uber ride to the cruise port.
I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant. I felt like this was a bait and switch.

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
