Hotel murah di Tuttle

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"The hotel is fine. It is in an area with lots of homelessness and being from a small town that was a bit different. However. We had no issues, we even went on a food run around midnight. 1. No bugs 2. Mostly clean. My son’s comforter had what looked like two blood stains on it near the foot. Otherwise very clean. 3. They do not offer complimentary late check out. I’ve never had to pay for late check out so that was also new. 4. Breakfast was typical nothing to get excited about but edible....

"The rooms were very nice, and the housekeeping staff was great. The only drawback to our stay was that there was no free breakfast, or breakfast on site. From what we read about the property, before arriving, we believed that they did serve a free breakfast. However, they did not. There was a McDonald's nearby as well as a Waffle House. The issue for us was that we had to allow additional time in our schedule which had definite time constraints already. Otherwise, we would have planned ahead...

"The staff were exceptional, even though most did not speak English. The rooms were very average. Our room had a door to the outside and an interior door (odd). Everything seemed damp the whole time, but, that could just be because it was so humid and we are not used to that. Breakfast was terrible both days we stayed. If you choose this place, be prepared for going elsewhere after you try it!"

"Had never heard of this chain thru IHG's properties but really glad Expedia had it listed. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the modern minimalist aesthetic of the room, almost European in character. Will definitely keep an eye out for this hotel brand in the future and highly recommend."

"WE stayed for two nights. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. I asked for an extra blanket and was told 'we don't have any' but was given a decorative bed throw. The next day we did not receive Housekeeping and, after a very long day, I had to go to the front desk and ask for two full sets of towels, a refill box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper. The property had many guest room windows which were in need of repair as the seal had obviously...
