Loved location for events in Kingscliff, view of ocean and park, fresh air, private & spacious rooftop- although didn't use our private spa, balcony, bright natural light, coffee pod machine, lots of service dishes, 2 secure undercover carparks, high ceilings, comfortable bed, storage space in kitchen Improvements: Paid $1426.95 for 5 adults and a baby for 3 nights first weekend Sept. Not school holidays. No useable kitchen sink plug (metal top part was under sink next to only clean chux dishcloth -used gladwrap for plug), only 1 tea-towel. No oven glove or kitchen or paper hand towel- used bathroom hand towel to remove items from oven. Kettle didn't work. 30 minute eco cycle on dishwasher still going after 2 hours. Ensuite didn't have hand basin or cupboard but these located inside main bedroom. Needs some maintenance as carpet in a bedroom was heavily stained/ripped, cracked lounge chair, rusted supports on balcony. No reception desk or staff that we were aware of on site to advise of issues to enable to be addressed before new guests arrive. Were told that we no longer needed to go up road to collect a key as entry methods have recently changed. (Had another couple with two pre-school children in our apartment for 2 hours as their room code wasn't working to re-enter their apartment on Friday late afternoon/evening) No problem with our code. Spa near pool not working. Hard to find where to enter code in carpark. Apartment has huge potential.
