"During the four days and three nights we stayed at the hotel, our room was not cleaned a single day; we went the entire time using the same towels and sheets. I informed a member of the cleaning staff so they could attend to the room, but they simply told me they would stop by to clean in half an hour—and they never showed up."

"Very helpful staff, they were having issues with their heat/cool system but were very helpful and solved the problem. We would definitely recommend staying there."

"Everyone at Hampton was friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle is a big plus in minus 20 weather. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. Free breakfast was a great perk, as it would have been a chilly walk to get to another restaurant nearby. And the coffee station is always available. Hampton is also on the list of places that will pick you up to go look for the Northern Lights, so that was convenient. My main gripe: since we didn't have a car, I was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool and using the hot tub. But the pool was not working, so they closed the whole area for all 4 days. I read another review about the pool being closed for many days and I suspect it may have been closed for a while, so beware if that's a big draw for you. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."
