This is our second visit to this property. The room was clean, the front desk and kitchen help were very courteous. The bed and linens were amazing!! The sheets were sooo soft and the firmness of the mattress was perfect! The breakfast was fair, not a lot of options. I was disappointed that they don’t offer bacon on the weekends, only sausage! No complaints with anything else! Would we stay again? You bet, passing through later this week and already have my reservations!

Pool was clean, breakfast was good, coffee marginal. There is a nice trail directly across the street. Lots of restaurants but you must drive. Little Italy had great pizza.

The hotel entry was inviting and clean. Check in was very easy. The elevators were quiet and clean. Our room was a bit disappointing in that the colors were brown and yellow which seems out of date. The green carpet looked worn and spotted. Our bed was in need of replacement being squeaky and transferred movement pretty bad. There was an old cup of ramen soup in the microwave. There were spots on the bathroom floor which indicated the floor was perhaps not mopped or poorly mopped. The breakfast was just average. I was expecting a better room based on the hotels ratings. I won’t be staying there again.

Nice big room, decent breakfast. Love the Texas state shaped waffles. Took one star off because the window was dirty on the inside like someone spilled or spit on it and I had to clean it myself since it was right in the middle. I wish hotels would routinely re-stock the coffee pods for the in-room coffee maker. You always have to ask for more. All things considered, a good value.

Staff was super nice and helpful, everything was warm and inviting including the lobby and breakfast area. Appreciated that coffee, tea and water available all day in the breakfast area. They even had a huge balloon arch for the eclipse. Highly recommend!!

The location was in a quiet area, I felt safe. The hotel was clean, very friendly staff, fast check in. Room was clean and well presented. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but as I passed that morning it looked good and smelled good. It seemed like everyone was enjoying their meal, the room was full of dinners. I would stay there again and suggest it to others.

We arrived in a 32' motorhome and there was ample parking for or vehicle. Staff were awesome, breakfast was nice to have and the rooms were clear and comfy.

The room was well organized and well equipped with essential items. Christina at the counter was really friendly and she made sure we had no inconveniences during our stay. In my opinion, if you add a comfortable chair and a small table to the room, you can't ask for anything more.

So glad we stayed here!
What a pleasant stay! It's nestled back from the main road, and located right across from a big city park with a good paved trail. Great for a morning walk! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized and clean. Only issue was that the HVAC wasn't working (except when it wanted to). By the time we noticed it, we were all spread out in the room, so we didn't move rooms. Staff were apologetic, but weren't able to fix it while we were there. It was a nice stay in a very pleasant city, and at such a reasonable price!

Great hotel!
I've been staying at this hotel every Thanksgiving and Christmas for twelve years. It's always clean, quiet, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The staff is fantastic. It is a little drive from the family I visit in Tyler, but it's worth the drive!

Impressive, especially for the price!
We were impressed! The exterior and interior were well maintained. Attractive holiday decor. Very good service. Lots of little details done well kept us saying wow! Spacious room. Liked the shower design. Long cord on iron. Ice machine on multiple floors. Could go on. Since the pandemic, so many hotels have cut back to the bone. Not this one. And the price was more than reasonable-it was the best value we have experienced in a long time. Kudos to whoever is leading this team and location.
