"The property is beautiful, and the decorations for Noche de Ánimas were thoughtful.
Although it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We were there for only one night - from the 29th to the 30th. I understand things happen; power cuts, amenity issues, etc, especially in a place that is overcrowded with tourists for only a few days a year.
We didn’t have electricity or hot water from ~midnight to ~10am. The lady working there seemed annoyed that we were asking her for help. No “sorry” or any kind of...

"This proerty is located 15 min outside tzintzuntzan. Not the easiest to find , but what a find. Rustic, but yet with modern amenities. Pool, jacuzzi tub, bidet, air conditioning. 8.8 dari 10, Luar Biasa, (1.001 ulasan)
"I only spent one night there, but I loved the grounds and the Spanish architecture with authentic wooden doors and windows. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Because I was there only one night, me and my sister ended up having breakfast outside of the hotel, so we didn’t get to try the food. But I definitely would stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to others."
